Description: An Illinois clinic is seeking a BC/BE Family Practice Physician immediately! The Family Practice Physician will be sharing call with the eight other Family Practice Physicians in the clinics. The clinic is a multi-specialty, JCAHO accredited group of 25 physicians and 9 extenders, which includes Family Practice, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedic Surgery, Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care. All physicians are board certified in their specialty. The Clinic is attached to an 80-bed hospital facility with a brand new, state of the art surgery center with six operating rooms. An intensive care unit, air ambulance service and full time contract emergency medicine coverage are also provided.
Compensation: This position offers a guaranteed base salary with the opportunity to earn a production bonus. 32 days of paid time-off is provided. The relocation package includes moving expenses. Other benefits include malpractice, health, dental, disability, life insurance, and 401K.
