A Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (with pain management) physician is needed in this excellent South Carolina location to assist in opening an outpatient pain management clinic. This position requires the PM&R to alternate days between two separate clinic locations with the other primary physician. The new physician’s responsibilities include: scheduling patient visits to perform evaluations, follow-up visits, neurodiagnostics, and medication management. The physician will also be performing NCV/EMGs and must be willing to manage patient medications as needed. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8:00am to 2:00 pm. Candidates must be licensed in South Carolina, and either board certified or board eligible residents waiting to take the board exam.

Compensation: This is an employed position, which offers an excellent base salary of $175K or 35% of collections for visits/testing/procedures (whichever is higher). The physician will also enjoy an excellent benefits package, which includes: healthcare, dental, I.R.A, paid malpractice insurance, 5 days plus an allowance of $3500 for CME, up to three weeks of vacation during the first year (4 weeks after the second year), and relocation!
