Description: This is an excellent opportunity for a Pediatric Neurologist interested in locum tenens or permanent work! As one of the largest acute care facilities in New Mexico, this medical facility provides a full range of healthcare services to a service area of more that half a million people! This is a locum tenens to permanent opportunity; the Neurologist is needed to provide coverage for a minimum of three months, starting 1/24/2011. The clinic has a volume of 4-6 patients daily; hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and call is 1:2. The physician must be comfortable doing lumbar punctures, CAT scans, EEGs, and EMG/NCV tests.
