Description: Hospital is looking for an experienced pain specialist with PM&R or Anesthesia residency and ACGME-accredited, university-based interventional pain fellowship to start a private practice. After practice is established, it is expected to support two physicians and a mid-level provider. Physician will direct development of an accredited, multi-disciplinary pain management program. Initial call is 1/1. Looking for provider that has at least 3 years experience in running a pain clinic.
Compensation: Guarantee $250,000 to $325,000 (net after expenses).
