Description: An experienced Nurse Practitioner is needed for a permanent position in northwestern Oregon. A practitioner with a minimum of five years of experience is preferred; recent Urgent Care experience is a must. Weekday hours are 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday hours are 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (NP will work approximately two weekend shifts per month). There is no call for this position.
