Description: This is a W-2 position with a salary range of $130,000-$170,000 based on experience level. Salary does not include the call pay compensation package which is $600/day for weekends/holidays and $550/day for weekdays. The benefits include dental, health and vision insurance, 401K-retirement plan, over 4 weeks paid vacation, and educational benefits. Life insurance and malpractice insurance are also included.
Compensation: The department utilizes an Anesthesia Care Team model and you will be an employee of the hospital. There are general cases, including OB, pediatrics and trauma, and no heads or hearts. It is a 40-hour workweek and the call will be in 1 in 4 and there will be weekend call. A current ACLS certification is required.
