Description: One Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed right away for the Medical Intermediate Unit at a North Carolina hospital. Specialty work for this position is unit based, and NP/PA will be working with provider groups to care for MIU adult patients, ventilator management, invasive hemo-dynamic monitor management, assisting with bedside procedures, rounding, first responder for unstable patients, etc. NP/PA MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS SPECIALTY. A North Carolina state medical license is preferred; however the facility will wait for the NP/PA to obtain a license in North Carolina for this opportunity.
