Description: This facility is seeking a hospitalist (either internal medicine or family practice). Shifts are 12 hours with 7 on 7 off. Overall there is 24 hour coverage for the medical center, and rounding on admissions from several outreach centers as well as taking unassigned ED calls. The catchment area is almost 300K! This facility is known for giving top notch healthcare and is a great place for any physician to work!
Compensation: For the first year, you have a guaranteed base salary of $190K PLUS incentive pay based on WRVUs. Years two and three are more performance driven and you are likely to earn $215K and up! Additional bonuses are available for meeting customer service goals!
