Description: This full scope Family Practice is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant to provide primary care services to patients two years old and up. The new practitioner will be working from Monday through Friday and must be committed to spending quality time with patients and providing patient education on disease management and prevention as well as well-child topics.
