Description: An NP/PA is needed for an Interventional Pain Management group. Pain Management experience is not required, only a willingness to learn about this specialty. The new practitioner will establish a collaborative practice with the Pain Management physicians to provide outpatient evaluations, medical history and physicals, diagnosis and medication management. Responsibilities for this position include: writing orders, interpreting labs and studies, developing and implementing plans of care, evaluating patient response to and modifying the plan of care, interacting with family and the support system, and writing discharge summaries.
