Description: This pleasant community is seeking two Family Practice Physicians to join an established, independent practice, which provides medical services to a catchment area of approximately 100,000 people. The average patient load is 25-30 patients per day. Full specialist support is available for the physician. Call is 1:4. Equal partnership is available after two years of employment. Pension and profit sharing programs are available after the first year of employment. Candidates must be board certified/eligible.
Compensation: This position offers a $150K one year income guarantee plus a potential salary based on productivity! The new physician will also enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes health insurance, malpractice insurance, 3 weeks of paid vacation, 10 days of paid sick leave, and 2 weeks for CMEs (with an average of $5000 towards CMEs)!
