Description: Work 16, 12-hour shifts per month in this “Top 100” hospital, and receive extra pay for shifts in excess of 16 per month. There is an average of 6 admissions per day (not including consults), and 19-20 inpatients per day (split by 2 hospitalists). The ICU has ~7-8 patients per day. Procedures include arterial lines, ventilator management, central lines, intubation, and PICC lines. There is interventional radiology and a pulmonologist on staff. Candidates must be board certified/eligible, and must have ACLS certification. Visas are accepted. There is a negotiable 2-year employment contract.
Compensation: This position offers a full-time annual base salary, a sign-on bonus, and incentives based on RVUs and quality indicators.
