Description: This community is seeking a new Pediatrician to assume an ownership position in this established clinic. The clinic’s senior pediatrician is soon to retire and is seeking a responsible, dedicated individual to take over the practice. The facility has a sick waiting room and play area, a well waiting room and play area, procedure rooms, 10 exam rooms, child-friendly rooms, and a Level II nursery which provides sick care, well care, urgent care, chronic health care, newborn, delivery, immunizations, teleradiology, and laceration repair services. The practice sees up to 60 patients per day and has a strong referral base. Call for this position is 1:3 or 1:4. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an excellent, high quality, medical system which has been named one of the nation’s top 100 facilities and has scored extremely well in constituency satisfaction.
Compensation: The new physician will enjoy an excellent salary plus productivity bonuses, a sign-on bonus, and a great benefits package which includes: health, dental, life, and malpractice insurance. The hospital will pay the physician?s relocation expenses. Loan repayment is negotiable.
