Description: One experienced cardiothoracic surgeon is needed in the Albany area. All candidates should be board certified and vascular skills are a bonus! As an employee of this hospital, you will be able to take advantage of their large (over 400 beds) facility. Expect 100 cardiac cases per year and 50-75 chest cases per year. Take advantage of the 24/7 in house PA program, and the family practice residency program. Call responsibility is shared with 2 other cardiothoracic surgeons.
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary with a base of $320K-380K/year. Take advantage of your eligibility for incentives (up to 20%) which is determined by quality, productivity, citizenship, and patient satisfaction criteria. The benefits package includes malpractice, medical, dental, life, and disability insurances. A CME stipend of $4,000 and 5 days is also included. They also offer 403B and 457B retirement programs.
