Description: Hospital based facility is looking for 2 board certified or board eligible Orthopedic Surgeons to join practice. One Spine Surgeon and one General Orthopedic surgeon are needed. Call is one in three and physician will be on call one weekend per month. A California license is preferred, but unnecessary for exceptionally strong candidates. This is a form 1099 independent contractor position.
Compensation: Compensation for this position is very lucrative and includes a base salary of $380,000 to $460,000 with a $25,000 sign on bonus for those with 1-2 years experience. Residents or fellows signing with this position will receive a $2,000 monthly stipend until post-graduate training is completed.
