Description: This medical center has two urologist employee positions vacant; one is to join one doctor and the other position is to accompany a group of two doctors. The call is 1 in 3. The client prefers an Arkansas license, however will consider other candidates without an AR license. Must be board certified/board eligible.

Compensation: A competitive salary is offered the first year, along with medical, dental and retirement benefits, vacation and sick leave, as well as malpractice insurance. The first year also offers relocation allowance, marketing allowance, an income guarantee, a line of credit for overhead expenses and a start-up expense allowance.
