Description: All types of cases except for peds, hearts, blocks, trauma, and transplants. There are regional blocks, but they are not required. Call is approximately 2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend day per month. Call can generate an additional $36K minimum when working overtime covering OB. Call rotation 1 in 8-10. Start time is typically 7:30 a.m. Overtime begins after 4:30 p.m. regardless if previous day was a day off post-call.This practice is very team-oriented with 10 MDs, 10 CRNAs, and 4 PRN CRNAs on staff. The practice is 100% supervision including OB cases. The facility has 230 beds, 7 ORs and 2 Endoscopy rooms.

Compensation: The compensation package includes reimbursement for Florida license, recertification, and AANA dues. Moving expenses are paid for moves greater than 50 miles away. CME reimbursement is $750 for the first 5 years and then increases to $1,250. There is a 401k retirement plan with 100% matching funds after 1 year of service. The benefits offer 5 weeks vacation (includes CME time) and 4 weeks comp time (days off post call).Medical, life, malpractice, and long-term group disability insurance provided, as well as $700 employee reimbursement for Medical out-of-pocket expenses. The starting salary for new graduates is $113,600. Experienced CRNAs with 2+ years begin at $123,600. Total financial package is in excess of $209,693. Tuition reimbursement programs are available for new graduates.
