Description: One part-time permanent Anesthesiologist is needed as soon as possible. Work schedule consists of 26 weeks/year, approximately 2 weeks/month. Weekdays- 2 physician from 7 am to 3 pm, 1 physician from 3 pm to 5 pm, and back up call from 5 pm to 7 am. Weekends/Holidays- Physician on back up call and primary on cardiac. In call rotation only on weeks working. Back up call to CRNA and primary on cardiac, but physician does not need to be on site. Cases include cardiac, healthy peds, and outpatient, and OB and trauma on rare occasions. There will be no thoracic, vascular, pain management, neuro or critical care. Physician will be medically directing CRNAs. Cardiac experience is necessary. ABA certification, current ACLS card and current PALS card required.
Compensation: Compensation is around $200K based on desire to be either 1009 or W-2 employee. Negotiable sign-on bonus. $10,000 relocation stipend is provided. Benefits include CME allowance, PTO and sick time. Life, health, long-term disability and dental insurance are provided. Retirement benefits provided with 401K matching. License and re-certification fees paid.
